The 42nd Annual Mountain View Art & Wine Festival, Silicon Valley’s World-Class Art & Music Festival, is a vibrant multicultural celebration featuring 600 professional artists and craftmakers showing exceptional handcrafted wares, stellar live music on stage and street throughout downtown, the Comcast Pigskin Party Lounge with giant screen TV, festive food and drink with premium wines, microbrews, sangria, mimosas, and margaritas, artisan specialty food purveyors, an organic and green products showcase, health and wellness displays, home and garden exhibits, sensational young performers strut their showstopping stuff on the “Mountain View’s Got Talent” Community Stage, and action-packed Kids’ Park with a special NASA Mars Rover Curiosity exhibit, Mobile Rock's gripping 24' climbing wall, ultra thrilling bungee jumping, "roll on water" water ballerz, hula hooping, spine-tingling carnival rides, super cool body art. Thirteen dynamic bands will play a wide-ranging musical mix on the Civic Center Plaza Music Stage and multiple street locations throughout downtown –– pulsating Salsa, Motown, rhythm and blues, country, classic rock ‘n roll, jazz, soul, world-beat, Americana, Latin rock, disco and party music. "Salsa Sunday" is a new feature this year. The lineup includes Ruckatan, The Houserockers, Orquesta Borinquen, Pinky Rideau & Blind Resistance, Pacific Soul, Tennessee River, Emerson, Bob Culbertson, Aryeh Frankfurter, HeartStrings Music, Oscar Reynolds, Glitterface and Ancient Winds. Admission is free. Presented by the Chamber of Commerce Mountain View.
