New website for Renter's

I live and rent in Mt. View. I have four wonderful kids in the Mt. View/ Los Altos schools. I just about pay anything to keep it that way. The tech in the area its making harder and harder with every new lease. I started looking around on the web for rent history rates. I wanted to know, the history of what other renters like me paid. I found most websites for the landlord, not for renters like me. I was paying my rent on time month after month. My son comes home from a 9 day hospital stay. 2 days later I was given a 60 day notice to move. My lease had been month to month for the last year. I ask to for a new 1 year lease. No was my answer, they didn't even give a reason for the notice. I found out like everyone else. The wanted to charge $2850.00 month a $500.00 dollar increase from what I was paying. Anyone willing to pay that for this location is crazy. I wanted others to know what I had paid in the past. To help others save on rent and headaches. Since I couldn't find any site but yelp to post on. I couldn't find the information I needed. I created a new website called rentersclearinghouse.com Where renters like me and post and view each other rent history. How much was the rent and deposit that I paid. What the landlord or property manager was like. I hope that that other renterswill take the 60 seconds and share that eexperience they had with a rental. You may help others save money on rent.
