Now Also in Palo Alto, Mountain View!

This Monday began my tenure as an editor for two Patch sites.

Oh Mountain View. You know I love you.

But starting this week, you have to share me with another city—Palo Alto.

What does this mean? It means I have to dedicate some time to get to know that city West of San Antonio Road, and it means I'll have to spend less time with you.

Yes, that means running in the Baylands, The Dish and the Pearson-Arastradero Preserve, instead of Shoreline or Rengstorff Park.

Most importantly, it means evenings at Palo Alto City Council sessions. It means time with Palo Alto non-profits. It means covering crime and fire. It means meeting businesses owners and startups for features. Oh and don't forget their schools and Stanford.

You can still help me maintain Mountain View Patch's quality by doing several simple and easy things. Like posting events and announcements in our calendar. If you are a business owner, you should claim your business listing

And if you have something to say—say it on Patch! Join the already fabulous group of Local Voices bloggers who every week reach some of the most influential people in the world through the site. Start a blog!

Don't forget you can always stay updated by subscribing to our daily newsletter and breaking news alerts too.

I hope you can still love me Mountain View, even as I make space in my heart to love Palo Alto too.

See you around!

Claudia
