Get Out! Things to Do March 31-April 3

Learn to be calm and compassionate this weekend in Mountain View.

An emotional play about love at a Japanese internment camp and seminars about becoming more compassionate are some of the many things happening in Mountain View this weekend. Check out what's happening in and around town and don't forget to add your own suggestions in the comments section below.

  1. Get moving and get happy! Learn how a regular exercise regimen can improve physical and emotional health in this seminar, “Managing the Blues,” from Stanford University researcher Dr. Dolores Gallagher-Thompson.   2. The novel , about love, war, murder and redemption during the internment of the Japanese during World War II comes to life on the stage at the now through April24.   3. If laughter is the best medicine, then you can find a cure for whatever ails you at “” this weekend, Thursday through Saturday, at , 3535 Truman Ave. The Mountain View High School Players will host a comedic show of several vignettes by contemporary American playwright David Ives.
