Facebook went public Friday at $38 a share. While shares jumped during the day to $43, they were $38.50 about 40 minutes before the 4 p.m. EST NASDAQ close.

Now company is offering 180 million shares of Class A common stock until May 22. Selling stockholders are offering 241,233,615 shares.
