The twitterverse is buzzing with tweets that Bay Area rapper E-40 has been prevented by the City of Mountain View from performing this weekend at the Rock The Bells hip hop concert.
In an exclusive interview with Mountain View Patch, E-40 said he didn't know the reason why he's been told he can't rap at Shoreline Amphitheatre.
The City of Mountain View hasn't had an opportunity to respond to these allegations. However, Patch wondered if there was an instance when an artist could be denied performing by a local government and if there was public support for such an action.
