The lights have been out for almost an hour and PG&E tells Patch that they don't have it listed as out.

And while most cars followed the four-way stop sign rule, there was still a lot of honking as cars making left-hand turns tried to manuever into lanes. At one point a green Honda SUV cut in front of an eastbound VTA No. 22 bus, causing the bus driver to honk and break.

PG&E Spokeswoman Monica Tell told Patch at 2:52 p.m. that they did not see this outage on their reports, but she would investigate the matter.
