Wagon Wheels Around Mountain View's Wagon Wheel Neighborhood

A nice stroll through one of the city's areas reveals a bit of its history.

Mountain View has approximately 16 neighborhood associations representing the interests of thousands of residents.

One of Mountain View's unique neighborhoods is Wagon Wheel bordered by North Whisman Road on the west, Tyrella Avenue on the east, Fairchild Drive on the north and East Middlefield Road on the south.

Patch has reached out to local historians to learn more about the history of the Wagon Wheel neighborhood and, in particular, why many of the homes have a wagon wheel on them.
