Monday, Nov. 11

  • Political Crisis in Mali. Stanford Humanities Center, Levinthal Hall (Stanford University, 424 Santa Teresa) Free. 6:30 p.m. Panelists will reflect on the contemporary political crisis in Mali and the Sahel.

  • Java with John. Drop by to meet with Mayor John Inks. Le Boulanger, 650 Castro St., Ste. 160. 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Thursday, Nov. 14 
  • Berlin Wall Dedication. In front of the Library at 585 Franklin St. 3 p.m. With City Manager, Mayor, German Consulate, Gozlen family, possibly music by German Intl. School of Silicon Valley.   
Friday, Nov. 15
  • Celebrate Leadership Mountain View's 25th Anniversary. Mix, mingle and connect with LMV alumni and meet Class of 2014! Enjoy beverages from Essential Spirits and Tied House! Nibble of food from Le Boulanger, The Milk Pail Market and Morocco's Restaurant! Special guests and prize giveaways! All proceeds benefit Leadership Mountain View's program funding and scholarships.
Saturday, Nov. 16
  • Native Plant Sale. Mission Blue Nursery in Brisbane. Mission Blue Nursery grows only San Bruno Mountain native plants.
  • Try Non-Contact Rugby Free - from AYRU, a Mountain View-based youth sports organization that is offering kids chance to try non-contact rugby. Sylvan Park.
Sunday, Nov. 17
  • Community Jazz Jam at Community School of Music and Arts, Mountain View.  Sessions are open to all intermediate to advanced jazzers!
