"MOUNTAIN VIEW'S 40TH ANNUAL ART AND WINE FESTIVAL,'' --

Sept. 10 through Sept. 11. More than 600 artists and craftmakers will be on hand, as well as live music, exhibits, a kid's park, carnival rides, and more.
