SF MOMA: Pop Art, Docent Lecture

Pop Art explores a rebellion by irreverent young artists against the prevailing art of the time. Pop art looks at the world of everyday life, media and culture. The presentation focuses on interpretations of this style by such artists as Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Claes Oldenburg, Mel Ramos, Rosalyn Drexler, Richard Pettibone and Marisol, as well as more contemporary artists.
