Kenny Chesney in Mountain View, Police Warn of Heavy Traffic

Because of the many concerts at Shoreline Amphitheatre this week, law enforcement warns drivers to have patience.

The Mountain View Police Department wants to reduce the amount of road rage and increase safety this Thursday due to a big act at Shoreline Amphitheatre.

On their Facebook page they posted that:

Kenny Chesney will be performing at Shoreline Amphitheatre At Mountain View starting at 7PM this evening, so traffic in and around Google and LinkedIn will be congested.

If you've ever been caught trying to get across Shoreline Boulevard during a concert, you'll understand how packed it gets.

Also, on Friday Jay Z and Justin Timberlake perform at Candlestick Park in San Francisco, John Mayer performs at Shoreline Amphitheatre, and A's and Giants home games have games.

The California Highway Patrol said that they'll be ready for all of the traffic.
