Google's YouTube to have New Look on the Apple iPhone, iPad

As a way to ride the wave of Wednesday's Apple's presentation of the new iPhone 5, Google release new mobile web version of it's popular streaming video site.

A new and more user-friendly YouTube app version can now be downloaded to Apple iPhones and iPads, Google announced Tuesday.

The Mountain View-based company posted on its blog while Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg spoke to Mike Arrington at TechCrunch's Disrupt and a day before Apple introduced to the world its new gadget—the iPhone 5.

According to Google, the new YouTube app now available on the Apple app Store makes viewing and sharing videos much easier.

A new feature allows users to swipe their finger across the left edge of the screen and this opens up a guide that lists the user's subscribed channels.

Also the search for videos has gotten fasters, Google continued. Incorporating it's Google+ search algorithm, the search bar will give users suggestions as they type.

And since the world has embrace social media, the app makes the videos easier to share across other Google products, on Facebook, via a text message in the app, and on Twitter and email.

Currently YouTube mobile receives nearly 1 billion mobile views a day, according to Google.
