LIVE BLOG: Beer and Food Pairing Tonight for SF Beer Week 2013
Scott's Seafood and Hermitage Brewing teamed up this Mardi Gras and San Francisco Beer Week to explore fine dining and fine craft beer.
Mountain View Patch will stop by eventually, but in the meanwhile, we felt you shouldn't be left out of the beer and food pairing taking place tonight at Scott's Seafood.
It starts at 6 p.m. and goes on until 8 p.m. Enjoy the live tweeting and photos!
Here's what's happening:
Scott's Seafood Executive Chef Ramon Nava has created a special four course pre-fixed menu that will accompany Hermitage Brewing Company award winning beer. The four course dinner will consist of the following:
Course 1
Beer: Maltopia
Course: Smoked Salmon, Arugula, Red Onions, Capers, & cherry honey Vinaigrette
Course 2
Beer: Galaxy
Course: Butter Leaf Manouri salad, Dry Cranberries, Asian Pears, with orange Champagne vinaigrette
Course 3
Beer: Ale Of the Imp
Course: Ahi Tuna, Coconut Curry Rice,
Grilled Asparagus, Sweet Soy Glaze
Course 4
Beer: Imperial Stout
Course: Molten Chocolate Cake
