Pacific Catch-Fresh Fish Grill to Lease The Village at San Antonio Center

The seafood restaurant to join Paul Martin's American Grill in Mountain View. Lyfe Kitchen no longer part of new project.

Updated with correction at 9:36 a.m.: The original article stated that Lyfe Kitchen would be a restaurant in The Village at San Antonio Center. Patch has been informed that Lyfe has pulled out of the project.

With residents already living at The Village at San Antonio Center, the next tenants to move in will be the restaurants and retailers.

On Wednesday, the developer announced that Pacific Catch-Fresh Fish Grill will open later this year in one of the storefronts within the first phase of the project.

Pacific Catch, founded by two entrepreneurs Keith Cox and Aaron Noveshen, will lease 5,770 square-feet of space.

Paul Martin’s American Grill has also confirmed a 6,285 square feet lease and will open its sixth location in Mountain View in late 2013. It was conceived by Brian Bennett and restaurateur Paul Fleming; their wine list is comprised of over 100 bottles of wine.

"It’s wonderful to announce Pacific Catch and Paul Martin’s as part of our new development," said Mike Grehl, vice president of Merlone Geier Partners. "These upscale, exciting and popular dining destinations are an ideal fit for the exemplary community we are creating."

For the coffee drinkers, Grehl has pointed out that there will be two Starbucks on site, a storefront and a smaller concessionaire inside the new Safeway. The . The full-size Starbucks might test out a new concept, which might include the serving of wine.

Located on 16 acres, The Village at San Antonio Center, is expected to generate over $1 million a year in sales tax revenue and over 800 jobs.
