Readers' Choice: What's Your Favorite Sporting Goods Store?

Do you have a go-to place when it comes to finding equipment for your sporting needs?

Californians, of any age, like to be active. Do you have a favorite sport, or two, or three, or four? Most require outfitting.

Do you have a go-to place when it comes to picking up most of the equipment that your sports require? Share with us.

Cast your votes in our poll and drop a comment about why you think your favorite place is worth a visit. Click on the links above and rate the business on its Patch Directory listing. You can even leave a review.

Voting in the poll is open until 9 a.m. Friday. The winner will be determined using a point system based on the most verified votes together with the best ratings in businesses' directory listings. If there is a tie, the business with the highest number of positive reviews in the listings and comments in the Readers' Choice article will be declared the winner. Voting results posted in real time shall not be deemed official until Patch has reviewed and confirmed all of the votes.

Read the full rules here. We will announce the winner at noon Friday and that business will receive a "Patch Readers' Choice" certificate.

as a tennis teaching pro i recommend going to swetka's. the san antonio shopping center had different sporting goods stores over the years. look for ads and coupons and then shop those stores. also, you can go to your country club pro shops

Thanks Randy! I agree, so I've added a few more specialty shops.
