WEATHER: Cold Air Mass to Bring Chilly Night

The National Weather Service warns of freezing temperature Monday night.

The National Weather Service in the San Francisco Bay Area has issued a freeze watch for Monday evening into early Tuesday morning.

Expect temperatures between 25 to 35 degrees fahrenheit from San Francisco to San Jose, which means that sub-freezing temperatures are possible.

The freeze comes as a result of a passing low pressure system, which will leave behind a cold air mass.
