'Save the Turtle Contest' and Book Launch

Sara Hoagland Hunter, author of "Every Turtle Counts," will appear at Linden Tree,  Los Altos.  To celebrate Earth Day and the launch of "Every Turtle Counts,"  children are invited to write down their own ideas for
saving the earth's endangered sea turtles.  Entries must be handed to
the author before her reading of her new book at Linden Tree Books on Saturday, April 19 at 10 am.  Temple Grandin calls "Every Turtle Counts"
'a lovely book that will motivate children to seek the wonder and beauty of the natural world.'
