Starting Cool Season Vegetables Now for Winter Harvest

Join Master Gardeners in our Demonstration garden to learn when and how to start your Cool Season Vegetables.   Summer is the time to start thinking about your winter garden and preparing for it.  Learn how easy it is to grow vegetables for fall and winter harvest in Santa Clara County. We will talk about which vegetables grow well during the cool season and how to grow them successfully including those that grow well in containers.  

After our talk, we will walk around our Demonstration Garden and check out our current vegetable beds and talk about how we prepare for our cool season beds.
