There is a need for residents to volunteer to help victims of local disasters as well as help the local Palo Alto community prevent and prepare for emergencies.
The Palo Alto office of the American Red Cross Silicon Valley Chapter is active in establishing emergency preparedness and response capabilities in the northern Santa Clara County area.
