The Aging Services Collaborative is hosting its Third Annual Caregivers Count! Conference on Saturday, March 17, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Sunnyvale Senior Center. The conference will provide support, resources and guidance to informal and family caregivers. Topics include: Self Care and Stress Management; Legal Issues; End of Life and Palliative Care; and Navigating Community Resources. Sessions are available in English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese and Vietnamese. The conference is free and includes lunch. Register at www.agingservicescollaborative.org
