Today is known by many as Fat Tuesday and usually, it also means the last night of eating not-so-good-for-you-but-oh-so-good meals.
The day is most recognized by the celebrations in New Orleans, LA and Rio di Janeiro, Brazil and takes place the night before Ash Wednesday.
