The 42nd Annual Mountain View Art & Wine Festival returns today from 10 am to 6 pm.
"Salsa Sunday" makes it festival debut today with with Ruckatan and Orquesta Borinquen plus Salsa Dance lessons and contest sponsored by Cheryl Burke Dance starting at 1 pm! Plus dynamic bands will be playing live music on stage and street throughout downtown.
