Community Corner

MOUNTAIN VIEW MOMS BonBon & FiFi invite you!!

Come do ZUMBA Dance Fitness with your neighbors at Mountain View Recreation Community Center 201 South Rengstorff Avenue Mountain View, CA 94040. Next session begins 3/25-6/6 Every Tues. & Fri. 12pm-1pm (NOON) section #801612

Were two stay at home moms who found Zumba and it changed our lives! Now we just want to give back to our community and SHAKE IT WITH YOU! ZUMBA is a fun way to burn calories while having fun dancing to Latin & World Rythyms such as Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Samba, Hip Hop, Soca, Calypso, Cha Cha, Flamenco, country line dance and more! We use songs from around the world, and top 40 and even some you will recognize from TV, movies or just classic oldies!

Whatever song it is, our routines follow Zumba format of being simple, repetitive, and easy to follow so no previous dance experience is required! Every class feels like a party instead of a typical workout! Come join us and you'll see what we mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow our lead. It's easy & FUN! We cue verbally & physically and don't over-choreograph. COME GET FIT, LOSE WEIGHT, MEET FRIENDS, and most of all HAVE FUN! Movement is good for the body, mind and SOUL!
