The identity of the 28-year-old Mountain View man who died Sunday evening when his car crashed into a light pole in San Jose was released by the County Coronor's office Tuesday.

The man has been identified as Kiel Sturm, a programmer, and gem collector who unsuccessfully sued Ebay for defamation and the world for "being meanies." His family told the San Jose Mercury News that Sturm had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but that they didn't believe this death and his diagnoses were related.
