Police Release Video of Wanted Male and Female

The pair walked into downtown store and the male allegedly brandished knife.

Surveillance video has been released of a Hispanic male and female sought by police since August, law enforcement reported today.

The pair walked knocked and demanded service of a closed store on the 100 block of Castro Street at about 7:47 p.m. on Aug. 2, according to the Mountain View Police Department.

The owner opened the door to see what the male wanted and refused to service them. Then the male allegedly brandished a knife.

According to the MVPD, the owner went back inside the store and called MVPD.

"The male, accompanied by the pictured Hispanic female, left the area heading south on foot through downtown Castro Street," the police department shared.
