Police Seeks the Public's Help to Identify Possible Victim

The incident involved an assault with a deadly weapon that occurred on the 300 block of Easy Street.

If you live near Whisman Park or frequent it, the Mountain View Police Department wants your help.

"Please assist us in identifying the individual seen in the photo holding the tennis racket," they wrote in their blog. "We would like to speak to him in conjunction with a case we are investigating as he may be a possible victim."

According to CrimeReports, an assault with a deadly weapon occurred on the 300 block of Easy Street and was reported at 5:47 p.m. that afternoon.

The MVPD emphasized that the man, described as either a Hispanic or Indian male, and seen on August 12 at approximately 5:40 p.m. is not a suspect
