Brent Wittler, 22, of Mountain View, 6 p.m., at Highway 85 and Phar Lap in Cupertino, for two misdemeanor citations related to possession of a graf device and vandalism damages of between $5,000 and $50,000.

Minor in Possession of Alcohol

Alexander Guzman, 20, of Mountain View, 4 p.m., at Summit Rock, for a misdemeanor citation for possession of alcoholic beverage under the age of 21 on any street or highway or in any public place or in any place open to the public.

DUI

Jose Gutierrez Rivera, 21, of Mountain View, 9:52 a.m., at the Superior Court of California Palo Alto Courthouse, 270 Grant Ave. in Palo Alto, for driving while unlicensed and with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher.
