Sheriff's Arrests: DUI and Vehicle Code Violations
A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's arrests and booking reports for Aug. 7-9, 2012. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
DUI
- Miguel Ortega, 22, of Mountain View, Aug. 9, 2:25 p.m., at the courthouse in Palo Alto, for DUI and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
Vehicle Code Violations
- Nicholas DiSalvo, 25, of San Jose, Aug. 3, 2:10 p.m., at Highway 280 and El Monte in Los Altos, for misdemeanor driving with license suspended or revoked and driving in excess of 100 miles speed limit.
- David Mendoza, 45, of Mountain View, Aug. 9, 12:30 p.m., at 460 N. Shoreline Blvd. in Mountain View, for misdemeanor suspended license and infraction for disobeying sign. Bail set at $20,000.
Domestic Violence

- Miki McGehee, 50, of Los Altos, Aug. 9, 12:21 a.m., at 1691 Whitham Ave. in Los Altos, for felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse or cohabitant. Bail set at $25,000.
