Two-Car Collision Sends Woman to Hospital With Minor Injury

A woman has been transported to El Camino Hospital after a vehicle collided with the car in which she was a passenger, the fire department reported tonight. She received a minor injury.

The accident between a black Honda Accord and a black Subaru, occurred about 8:30 p.m. at Central Expressway and Whisman Station Drive, according to Battalion Chief Cliff DelCarlo.

The injured woman rode as a passenger in the Subaru with her husband driving. The driver of the Accord, a 60-something-year old woman, had four other people in her car. She received a minor injury to her lip.

The accident scene began to be cleared around 9 p.m.
