VIDEO: Neighbor Shoots Video of Dana Garden Fire

Danny Cates, who lives across the street from the Dana Garden Apartments, shared this video with Patch.

Danny Cates, who lives across the street from the Dana Garden Apartments, was home when the fire began.

Cates said he could see the fire and smoke from his kitchen window at the Moorpark homes. Cates went outside and shot this video.
