All OK After Emergency Landing This Morning At San Jose Airport

A King Air 350 plane that reported having a mechanical emergency en route to Mineta San Jose International Airport this morning has safely landed, an airport spokeswoman has confirmed.

Airport spokeswoman Rosemary Barnes said the private plane with three people onboard was able to land and taxi to safety using it's own power at 6:53 a.m.

Officials with airport operations and the San Jose police and fire departments responded as a precaution, however their services were not needed.

There were no injuries and the source of the mechanical emergency is not known at this time, Barnes said.
