City Closed for the Holidays

Mountain View City Hall: Closed all week until Tuesday, Jan. 3.

United States Post Office: Postal services will be closed on but the automatic postal center will be open at the .

Social Security Administration office at 700 E. El Camino Real: Closed.

Mountain View Public Library: Closed from Saturday, Dec. 24 through Tuesday, Dec. Opens again for regular hours Dec. 28-30. Closed Saturday, Dec. 31 through Monday, Jan. 2.

Mountain View Whisman School District Office: No school.

Mountain View Senior Center: Closed all week until Tuesday, Jan. 3.

Mountain View Teen House: Closed all week until Tuesday, Jan. 3.

Teen Open Gym at Whisman Sports Complex: Closed all week until Tuesday, Jan. 3.

Mountain View Recreation Center: Closed.

Rengstorff House will host docent tours on Dec. 27 and 28 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

While the Mountain View Police Department and Fire Department will respond to any emergency calls, their fronts desks will be closed.

Both Samtrans and Caltrain will operate on a regular schedule however its administration offices will be closed.

Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will operate on a Sunday schedule on Christmas Day, Monday, Dec. 26 and again on New Year's Day and Monday, Jan. 2. There will be no Light Rail service.
