Fire Station 4- 229 N. Whisman Rd., Mountain View, CA 94041

The Mountain View Firefighters host a Pancake Breakfast and Silent Auction every year to kick off Fire Prevention month. This year's breakfast will be held on Saturday, September 24th at Mountain View Fire Station 4, located at 229 N. Whisman Rd. The menu will included pancakes, sausage, fruit, juice and coffee, all of which were donated by local businesses and organizations. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation (AARBF)

The 2010 event was very successful, and Mountain View firefighters raised over $13,000! Countless families had fun eating great pancakes and learning about fire safety.  Mountain View Firefighters have been involved with AARBF for over 15 years. Most of the work done by firefighters involves working directly with children who are survivors of burn injuries or raising funds for programs through AARBF. Services provided by the foundation are vital to the physical, mental and emotional well being of burn survivors, young and old
