Fong Awarded Legislator of the Year

The California Senior Legislature presented to Assemblyman Paul Fong (D-Cupertino) the Henry J. Mello Award for services to senior citizen community.

“I am honored to receive the Henry J. Mello Award,” said Fong. “The
Honorable Henry J. Mello was a distinguished public servant who dedicated his life to ensuring that the best possible care is given to California’s senior population. It is a pleasure to work with a group dedicated to this noble cause and I look forward to working with CSL in the future.”

This award is given to a member of the Legislature for his or her distinguished legislative service to the senior citizen community.
