Online Payments Now Available on Mountain View's Website

If you've ever been delayed and missed your opportunity to pay your utility bill at City Hall, don't fret!

The City of Mountain View announced that as part of its efforts to improve its technology, residents can now pay for their utility bill either online or over the phone using a pay-by-phone service.

Using these methods, custmers can use an electronic checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover anytime, 24/7. Payments can be made on a one-time basis, recurring basis, or an account may be established to link all utility accounts by a single-payer. Payments and payment history may be viewed, as well as electronic bills/ paperless statements offered. Paymentus is the provider of this service.
