The St. Francis High School 2012 graduate received yet another proclamation from the City Council for her outstanding award-winning scientific research.
Shubha Raghvendra has done it again.
The demure and petite Raghvendra continues to make a big impression in competitions nationally, this time in the Intel International Science Fair where she participated as one of 300 semi-finalists in the category of Cellular and Molecular Biology.
For this most recent accomplishment Raghvendra received from the city, this time from Mayor Mike Kasperzak.
