The big star in Los Angeles Friday is not Ben Affleck or Amy McAdams. It's Space Shuttle Endeavour.

Endeavour wowed crowds in Mountain View as it flew overhead Sept. 21. Residents, employees, school children and NASA Ames scientists gathered on near Stevens Creek Trail, on rooftops and even at Moffett Field to catch a glimpse.

This morning, the space shuttle began the last leg of its final destination: the California Science Center in Los Angeles and our sister Patch sites in LA County are there to bring you all the action.
