Whisman Bridge at Stevens Creek Trail to Close for Maintenance (Again)

In order to replace decking material on the Stevens Creek Trail bridge at , the bridge will be closed temporarily this Tuesday through Thursday, announced the city.

The work on the bridge, , requires that complete access be prohibited from Sept. 13 to 15. Instead, inconvenience trail users will be directed to alternate entrances.

From Easy Street walkers, joggers and cyclists can enter the trail at .

Walkers and joggers can enter off Easy Street on the southside of Middlefield Road near the Highway 85 overpass. Cyclist would have to dismount to enter there.

Cyclists can also enter and exit below the Highway 85 overpass on Moffett Boulevard.
