The Santa Clara County Superior Court sent a peremptory writ of mandate this week, ordering the Los Altos School District to correct its prior actions in providing "reasonably equivalent" facilties to the Bullis Charter School.
Bullis Charter School Chairman Ken Moore advised parents in a short letter that the writ came from that call for providing charter schools with "reasonably equivalent" facilities to district schools.
"The Court has provided LASD additional clarity as to their Prop 39 obligations," Moore wrote.
The peremptory writ was expected, since it was specified in the March 23, 2012 judgment and order granting writ of mandate from Judge Lucas' court. It is almost identical to the language in that judgment.
