Going Beyond the Grades: New Paradigms for Your Child's Future Success

Are you worried about giving your child all that she needs to succeed in her college and professional career?
Do you find yourself wondering about the relative importance of grades versus social skills?
We would like to invite you to a very important event that may change the way you think about your child's success. At this unique event, you will hear thought leaders who have worked on what helps children be successful later in life, whether it is getting that coveted spot in Harvard or Stanford or becoming a serial entrepreneur. You will hear emerging ideas that suggest that grades and academic learning in elementary and middle school remains an important predictor. But you will also hear that the grades no longer are sufficient to ensure future success. In fact, two of the featured speakers are high school seniors that have accomplished much in their short academic career. These students have started companies, created software products, won dozens of awards, and have been admitted to leading universities such as Stanford. The event will also feature three young students - Social Kids - who have already started to walk down the path that of the aforementioned high school students.
Although the event is on a Tuesday, we encourage you to take the time to attend this rare occasion to hear from the experts and the children who embody the new paradigms of success.
For more information, you can visit www.socialkids.com or email to info@socialkids.com or call 1-800-524-1827.
