Hello Moms!
Baby Boot Camp is a stroller based fitness program designed to give you a full body workout while being with your baby and/or stroller aged child! Our classes are 1-hour long and include everything from cardio drills, strength training, balance & coordination exercises and exercises to help restore your core!
We are starting classes at our brand new location:
Shoreline Park & Lake
3160 N. Shoreline Blvd.
Mountain View, CA 94043
A free class will be given at 9:30 a.m. First 10 moms to register for classes will receive free enrollment.
We also have several giveaways, goodie bags, sample products from ZICO coconut water and Pirate Snacks while we get in a great workout! Spots are limited so email me to reserve your spot.
