Week Ahead: Mediation and 3D Printing Workshop in Library

Things to do in Mountain View during the week of June 17 to June 21, 2013.

Do you have some uke fever? Ukelele that is! New York-based The Paul Hemmings Uketet will host a workshop and perform some original music and jazz standards at Dana Street Roasting Co  this Monday, June 17 from 6 p.m. (workshop) and 7:30 p.m. (show). 

Got talent? Show it off at Red Rock Coffee's weekly Cavin and King's Open Mic every Monday at 201 Castro St. from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. 

Is your neighbor partying too much and they won't listening to your pleas to lower the music? Visit the City of Mountain View Public Library and speak to the Mediators in the Library this Wednesday, June 19 at 3 p.m. and get some free help to help resolve issues between friends, family, neighbors and co-workers before they escalate. Curious about 3D printing technology? Swing by the City of Mountain View Public Library for a workshop on it's potential impact on manufacturing and society Wednesday, June 19 at 6:30 p.m. featuring Brook Drumm of Printrbot, TechShop San Jose, Octave and Brian Palacios of Fabricastl.

The Community School of Music and Arts s Mohr Gallery presents an exhibition of prints focused on fruits, flowers and ephemera by artist Kathryn Kain. Opening reception with the artist on Friday, June 21 from 6-8 pm is free and open to the public. CSMA is located at 230 San Antonio Circle, Mountain View 94040
