- 43rd Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival, "The World Pumpkin Capital Celebrates the Great Gourd" -- Saturday and Sunday. The World Pumpkin Capital of Half Moon Bay celebrates its bountiful fall harvest and autumn splendor with heavyweight pumpkins, smashing entertainment, the Great Pumpkin Parade with six-time Gold Glove winner and all-time San Francisco Giants fan favorite J.T. Snow as Grand Marshal, plus a bone-chilling Haunted House, harvest-inspired crafts, homestyle foods and more.
- Eddie Madril, Native American Music and Dance. Eddie Madril, a member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, delights the audience with the rich dance traditions of the Native American Plains Indians, building awareness and appreciation for Native American culture both past and present. Sunday 2 p.m. at Community School of Music and Arts, 230 San Antonio Circle, Mountain View.
