Friday, Aug. 2


"Let's go to the movies! Let's go see the stars!" The City of Mountain View's Summer Outdoor Movie Night's Series, continues this Friday, Aug. 2 with "Shrek" at Stevenson Park. Bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on. Free and open to the public. Starts after dark.

Listen to piano pop sounds of Rabbit Quinn who performs at Red Rock Coffee, 201 Castro St., at 8 p.m. Her debut album is called "Lost Children."

The Mountain View Historical Association will exhibit at the Santa Clara County Fair Pavilion Hall on Saturday.

Libertine Circle, a band created by local high school grads return to Red Rock Coffee, 201 Castro St., at 8 p.m.


Sunday, Aug. 4


The Mountain View Historical Association will host its annual BBQ at the Adobe Building, 157 Moffett Blvd, on Sunday. Tickets can be purchased at the door, $10 for adults and $5 for children. Doors open at Noon, food served at 1 p.m.
