Community Health Awareness Council is a social service and community organization whose aim is to help families, children and teens in Mountain View and surrounding communities. CHAC began in the early 1970s with a group of concerned parents and offers a wide range of programs and services to help the community with issues that affect families, such as drug problems and other "destructive" behaviors, emotional issues, including depression, and more. Programs and services include counseling, support groups and therapy. Please call for more information or check the main website for a full list of services.
