Lisa Schmidt, Neighbor

Drawn by the entrepreneurial spirit of Silicon Valley, Lisa Schmidt moved here from Austin, Texas as a newly minted BSEE in 1983 to work for a software startup. She's thrilled to now be participating in the growth of clean tech.  She believes that the same innovation and energy that drove advancements in IC design, telecom and software through the last 40 years is now being applied to the big problems around energy, and she's looking forward to participating.
