9-Week-Old Puppy Taken from Locked Car

The puppy was taken from a locked vehicle in Mountain View on Saturday.

A puppy was taken from a locked vehicle in Mountain View on Saturday afternoon, according to police.

Uso, a 9-week-old Chiweenie/pit bull mix-breed puppy, was taken from a locked vehicle on the 1300 block of Villa Street between 2:30 and 2:44 p.m., police said.

He has brown and black, tiger-like markings and weighs between 8.5 and 9 pounds. He is a friendly dog who loves people, and police are hoping to reunite him with his human family.
